The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare everything from a hearty breakfast before the slopes to family dinners after a day on the lake. The home comfortably accommodates families and groups with four spacious bedrooms, including a private primary suite with its own fireplace and en-suite bathroom. Throughout the home you'll enjoy high-quality mattresses, premium linens, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, central heating and air conditioning, and a dedicated workspace for guests who need to stay connected. To help ensure a wonderful stay for all of our guests, please keep the following in mind: - Check-in: After 3:00 PM - Check-out: By 10:00 AM - No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. - No pets are permitted. - No parties or events are allowed. - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and the peaceful mountain setting. For Use of the Hot Tub: - Please shower prior to entering the hot tub, and no lotions please. Please ensure to put the cover back on when you're finished. If you can also turn the hot tub temperature down to 98 degrees before you leave, that helps a lot! Getting Here: For the most reliable directions, we recommend using Google Maps. Apple Maps does not always navigate correctly to the property. The neighborhood roads are paved, but Pleasant Acres Road leading to the subdivision is a well-maintained gravel road. Please drive slowly (15 mph) to help minimize dust and keep everyone in the neighborhood safe. Wildlife One of the best parts of staying here is the opportunity to see local wildlife. Deer, wild turkeys, foxes, and other native animals are frequently seen around the property. Please enjoy them from a safe distance and never feed or approach wildlife, or cross the back fence as that is private property. Parking & Gear Guests have access to the attached two-car garage, providing secure storage for vehicles as well as skis, snowboards, mountain bikes, golf clubs, and other outdoor gear. You're also welcome to use the dedicated workspace, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all of the home's amenities throughout your stay. The entire home is exclusively yours during your stay, with the exception of two locked owner closets used for supplies and personal storage. Whether you're storing skis, golf clubs, mountain bikes, or simply unwinding after a day of adventure, you'll have everything you need to enjoy your time in McCall.
